Rear Sway Bar, Civic Type R | Prelude (25mm-adj) | Progress Technology

This new Progress 25mm tubular sway bar is a three-way adjustable, race-oriented option for the enthusiast pushing this platform to the limit. It was developed for both autocross and track use.  This bar includes reinforced brackets and high-durometer bushings for minimal deflection and instant roll response.

These Progress HD end links are a key element! Note that the OEM end links have a rubber bushing onthe control arm mount. The Progress upgrade includes a 10mm Aurora high-quality Teflon-lined spherical end and a ball socket onthe other end. This is a ZERO DEFECTION solution that you'll feel on turn-in and fast transition situations o common on the autocross course. These end links are length-adjustable for the best corner weighting and link geometry options.

Progress Tech Sway bars dramatically improve handling. Our Sway bars minimize the body roll and keeps the tires flatter and better-connected to the pavement for more control during cornering. The more stable tire contact patches result in better handling and added driver confidence. Chassis tuning with larger and/or adjustable sway bars is an effective way to improve chassis balance and minimize the under steer so common with late model vehicles.

Our sway bars replace smaller Original Equipment sway bars and soft rubber bushings with larger diameter alloy steel bars and tough polyurethane bushings. Progress Tech Sway Bars are cold-formed using our precision CNC bending equipment. Laser cut or machined ends are MIG-welded in place using precise fixtures for an exact fit. All Progress Tech Sway Bars are developed and manufactured in-house and proudly made in the USA.

• OEM 17.5mm: 280 lbs/in (Touring)
• OEM 18.0mm: 352 lbs/in (Si and Prelude)
• OEM 20.5mm: 594 lbs/in (CTR)

• Progress 22.0mm soft setting: 670 lbs/in
• Progress 22.0mm middle setting: 780 lbs/in
• Progess 22.0mm firm setting: 920 lbs/in

• Progess 25.0mm tubular soft setting: 952 lbs/in
• Progess 25.0mm tubular middle setting: 1026 lbs/in
